I found out months later when complaining (AGAIN) about continuous daily lost connection and freezing issues, that they actually locked us into a contract that we were previously told was not a contract!!! Now we have to wait till Jan2018 to get rid of this trashy lying service - what a big mistake. There has to be a enough dissatisfied customers to engage in a class action suit because they are lying bold face about charges and packages and what you agree to after any conversations with them. Highly suggest you record your conversations with these liars. ANYZ other service has to be much better than centurylink.
