  • This place offers more of home-cooking comfortness of Japanese cusine. Sashimi I've tried was so-so but considering almost every Japanese restaurants in Toronto ordering their fish from pretty much the same suppliers, I assume it'll be hard to stand out. it wasn't awesome but it wasn't bad. Sukiyaki was amazing though. very similar to what I had in Japan. for table cooking this is far by the best Japanese place I've been. (in Toronto) Black cod ... melts in your mouth. over all I had very pleasant dinner and will go back again for table cooking. +this place hurts your wallet though.
