I frequent this theater about once a week now that I have the Moviepass. Box office and ticket taker are always friendly and helpful. Same with concessions. Only beef with those three areas is the length of lines the concessions frequently gets. This happens often enough that I'd think they'd figure out but not yet. Better for me because nothing I buy up there is good for me anyways.
In regards to the seats, specifically the new reclining seats, they are o.k. I prefer the other ones since I like to sit up and these force you to recline further than I'd like but they aren't keeping me from going. I do really dislike to the first seat because of the white lights on the stairs - very distracting during the movie. On the flip side, I also like buying my tickets earlier in the day and showing up 10 minutes into the previews and not worrying that I'm going to get a good seat.
If I were the theater, I would have kept one or two of the regular seating for the big shows. It's incredible how many people get turned away due to crappy seats left or sold out. Those people are going elsewhere and most likely won't return.
In regards to the screens - they are o.k. If you're looking for a much better screen, I'd suggest going to Great Northern. Still a regal but their screens are much nicer. If Crocker had those screens, they'd get a five star from me.
