| - This is the first review I've ever given that isn't five stars... my experience with this place had too many red flags and I believe brides are dealing with enough stress and decision making as it is, so I would steer far away from this place- it's too risky.
There were two separate calls made to confirm they had a particular dress/ with exact style number in stock I wanted to try on- and I was told yes, they have it. I made an appointment, and I was the only one in the shop during the time of the appt yet waited 28 minutes before on my own, packed my stuff up and realized they didn't have it. I was told there was a glitch in inventory so they couldn't find it.
It was sad to see their back end manager stay in the back and interrupt the consultant trying to find the dress with other questions related to other issues, (vs help perhaps as again I was only customer in shop)... 20 minutes into my waiting- this mgr came our and loudly said "girls, this is why we confirm a dress is here when people call." So it was confirmed this situation could have been avoided, which is annoying and yet I felt bad the consultant got reprimanded in front of me. Totally inappropriate.
Being told they could look into ordering it as I'm walking out, facing my my 30 minute drive back home, after waiting just shy of 30 minutes- just seemed like a total joke... and Suzanne herself was in the store this whole time this was going on.
Terrible customer service, totally disorganized, upper mgmt will not move an inch to help you if a glitch arises.
