  • We called ahead of time to ask if she would be able to fix/alter some sandals that we had that were fabric sandals. She told us yes yes yes please come in and gave us available times. We catered our entire afternoon around her schedule and when we arrived we found out that she did not and could not help us. What a waste of time! She laughed and embarrassed us in front of her other clientele saying, I am not a shoe repair person! I don't know why you would've brought this to me. She didn't give us a chance to remind her that she told us that she could help us.
