  • If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. Customer service was terrible and I got ripped off. They have ads claiming oil changes would be $20 which is standard price everywhere... You'd think. The man told me it would be $45 for my car because it had a "special filter", my entire life I have driven my 2010 Toyota car I was never told this and I've always paid standard price. This man tried to rip me off and couldn't give me a feasible reason as to what makes my filter special. I don't usually go to meineke but I figured it would be convienent because it's close to where I live. Boy was that a mistake! I called big o tires and they said "run they are ripping you off". So if you need to get an oil change run away from this place, you'll get ripped off and who knows your money will get pocketed! I wouldn't want anyone else getting fucked over, like I did.
