  • Moved into a new house and setup a sales appointment at the house. Jenn came out and did a great job, measured and gave us quotes etc. We ended up signing a contract and setting up an install appointment. Knowing this was a local renowned company, being told their carpet installers were great, and that they would move furniture in and out of the room for us without issue, we thought this was a great idea. The installers came, did a nice job with the carpet and left. We then noticed scratches on our newly painted walls, including one large scratch that went all the way into the drywall. We called the service department and were basically just told sorry. I also called Jenn, she said she could have someone come out and fix the walls for us. I told her it wasn't necessary, honestly because I don't trust their techs as it is. I would recommend Jenn as a sales person, but because of this experience I would not recommend getting carpet installed by them.
