  • This restaurant is located inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel. As soon as they sat us the server put a variety of fries at our table, new recipes that the chef was trying out. All of them were yummy... My favorite was the BBQ paprika flavored ones. I can easily say that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the privilege of dining at. The meal was delicious, the steak ( I ordered skirt steak or as we Hispanics call it: Churrasco!) and I ate every bite. We ordered two sides with our steaks, the Mac and Cheese and these melt in your mouth goat cheese potatoes with caramelized onion. Mmmmm... Since it was my birthday they made me a little birthday card and we met a couple sitting by us who ordered a round of champagne... The restaurant also sent over some mint chocolate chip ice cream with a candle on it for me. Absolutely perfect experience and I will absolutely be coming back.
