  • The Rooster, especially this location, has everything you could possibly want in a café. Not only do they have a great selection of hot and cold drinks, but delicious food too. Most cafés have a small variety of baked goods that are usually all dried out. Not these guys! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Nice mix of patrons. Overall, really cool vibe. One of the best things about this place though is the view. When the weather is nice, you can sit out on the café which is directly across the street from Riverdale Park where you get a gorgeous view of the city's downtown core. Or, you can just go ahead and bring your stuff with you to the park and have a nice little picnic! Tea and scones in the park. How civilised! :)
