| - NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST. I went two years ago from March, and at my appointment, they ran my insurance. Most of the work was covered (as told by billing), and I only owed around 140 (I can't remember the exact amount, but it was around there). I paid the amount and left. I checked my credit score last week due to my lease being up soon. They need to run a credit check for them. My credit score went down 60 points because they put me in collections EIGHT MONTHS AGO. I never received a call, an email, a letter. I HAD NO IDEA. They said my insurance didn't cover what they originally TOLD ME it did. I called them to explain my situation, and to see what they could do to make the situation right. I had to call them back a few days later (since they didn't call me back after they told me they would call me and let me know what the solution might be able to be). They told me they cannot do anything. Insane. My credit score is ruined, I'm in collections, and I have to pay for a service that was covered. STAY FAR AWAY. I am here to forewarn you all. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. The service that she performed was supposed to help my pain in a tooth on my lower right side, and it didn't even help. WHAT A SCAM. I hope this helps some of you. You will be billed an additional amount, will never receive any notification about it, and get put into collections. If you do decide to call, call them every month to make sure they aren't screwing you over like they did to me.
