  • I am very happy with the service I received today. Jose and his whole team in the service department are amazing. I had a bad battery and called the toll free service for a jump they sent a 777 tow company to jump my car. When they did I believe it blew a fuse on my passenger window. Then I was stranded at work. I called the service department at Kia on W Sahara and spoke to service advisor Jose. He advised me to bring in the car so I drove it right over. I then left it overnight since it was closing time. Jose just called me to say it was ready. When I arrived they replaced the battery, fixed the fuse in my window, fixed 2 recalled items on the car and the bonus!! Washed my car. I am so happy with this Kia dealership and this is why I have driven Kia vehicles for over 10 years. The sales department can learn from service. I am so happy. Thank you Jose and your team!!!
