  • i went to this store to make a return with some towels called the BIGONE'S worse towels ever don't buy these towels they shed and break apart in every singe use and the strings that are shedding land onto your skin when trying to dry off after a shower. i went to return these at this store and was refused to receive my kohls cash back the manager "DAVID" stating i had already use it even thou now that i'm returning the towels its no longer being used and he refused to give it back in kohls cash money lousy customer service and they seem to think you were trying to take something out of there pocket even thou there product couldn't even stand a few washes in the washing machine. no customer service and no customer satisfaction. i will not be spending my money at this store ever again. kohls seems to be happy with you while your spending your money but if something needs to be returned they try everything in there power to make sure you don't get a full refund of your money. i think it's time to evaluate my shopping at this business altogether its just to many scams going on with there so called sales and kohls cash.
