  • The worst Customer Service ever. Purchased a bag & received a confirmation email that it will be delivered to the store on Monday 15th January. I needed it for Tuesday evening for a function. I thought they will be trur to their word & I purchased the shoes to match as well from another store to go with the outfit I had. Did not receive an email or call from anyone. I waited till late afternoon on Monday & called a store near my house. I was on hold forever. Then the lady comes back saying she is the only one in the store and unable to get back any sooner, but they do not have the purse. I checked the email again, it was shipped to the store at the mall. Requested the number from the lady at the store & she gives me my own mobile number. When I told her that was my number, she thought it was funny & started laughing, but never gave me a number to call. I was on hold & I disconnected. I did not find anything funny in this whole situation. There was no store number on the email. Googled & found the number for the store at the mall. A lady by the name of Jasmine, takes all my information & order number, puts me on hold & never comes back. I was on hold for 8 mins & disconnected. Tried 8 times to call back line was busy. On the 9th call I am asked to hold as soon as they answered. On hold again for 6 mins & I disconnected. Tried again line was busy. On the 12th call they answer & I told the lady whom I spoke to, what was going on. She then says, she is Jasmine & she is the store Manager & she is the only one working & she has no time to check. Really? Is this Customer Service? What do they want me to do? Then she says she checked on her system & there is no bag, there has been a delay & it will not be there till Wednesday. All she said was there is nothing I can do. She was rude & way too dominant with her replies. Like I was at her mercy. So I had no bag, shoes & outfit that went to waste. I could not wear what I wanted for a very important function. I requested for the corporate office contact. Spoke to Ada who was equally useless. She was so snappy & said I can return the bag if I don't want it. Lol. Anyone knows that. I did not order something I need to be told I can return it. That was not the point. My point is I ordered on January 7th, they confirmed it will be here January 15th & it is not. So what is the solution? Now they send me an email saying they will give me 15% off on a purchase if $75. Lol. I can't trust them to deliver on time on a $27 purchase. Why would I spend $75? I understand delays happen. At least keep the customer informed, so that they can make alternate plans. Nothing said, until I called. And all in the store say they are the only ones working & they are overworked & stressed & take it out on the customer by being rude. Not on. I can take my Business anywhere, anytime & be appreciated. I still have no bag. 5 days since it was supposed to be delivered.
