| - I'm late getting this review done as we moved early last month, but I can't say enough good things about the JIT crew. Our move was a short one in terms of distance but my wife and I both tend to be pack rats and have a lot of "stuff" despite doing our best to purge. The estimator that came out said we basically had 1.4 trucks worth of "stuff" but with the short distance recommended one truck with four guys instead of two, and making two trips. It ended up being a wash in terms of cost. Moving day arrived and the entire crew could not have been more great. Positive attitudes, laughing and joking with one another, all while working extremely diligently and efficiently. They truly treated our stuff and our houses as each was their own, and their great attitudes made the misery that is moving much, much easier. At the new house they were very careful to put boxes in the rooms for which they were labeled, and watching them heft some of our large furniture pieces up our stairs alone made them worth every single penny. In the end, they came in on time and on budget. Not a single thing was broken, walls remained unscuffed for the most part, and our wood flooring was none the worse for wear. I was concerned with hourly rates that the guys would just sandbag, but it was obvious they looked at the quote as a challenge to meet or beat, and they did so by 30 minutes despite all of our "stuff." JIT was not the cheapest quote, but they were also not the most expensive, and best of all there were no hidden fees. I would recommend these guys to anyone, particularly the crew that works in North Phoenix.
