| - For 4 consecutive visits in a row so far, the "McCarran International Airport" (LAS) serves residents and visitors from around the world by traveling each and every destinations from domestic to international every 365 days a year! The atmosphere is very active, ongoing and completely busy as I came there. The concept is much similar to LAX nor SFO although for LAS is pretty much bigger and wider filled with tons of flight check in stands, a large sized TSA area, humongous selections of food and shopping vendors in terminals and of course, lots of slot machines!
The employees here from flight check in staffers to on-boarding staffers are doing an alright job here despite the busiest environment. As for my experience here, no issues.
When I checked in my flight to Sacramento, CA via Southwest, the check-in and baggage area worked like a charm, so I can able to attached my bags to tag and able to receive a printed boarding pass in no time! Sweet! Then, the TSA checkpoint went alright for me, but it could be a little bit better to make the TSA employees be happy to the upcoming passengers around. The checkpoint went smoothly and fast without any single massive long lines so far. How amazing! The terminals were much longer and expansive it is which I can able to walk all the way to find the exact terminal in no time especially for using a monorail too for a faster arrival approach. Additionally, the flight's arrival and departures worked perfectly and on time with little or no delays so far which I'm very happy for the results!
The navigation within LAS is perfectly good after a minor overhaul makeover for the past few years, and I loved their idea to use a shuttle bus by heading to the rental cars terminal too especially for ride sharing pickup/drop off area too.
In the end, the McCarran International Airport (LAS) is a good, alright well known international airport that I've ever visited for the past few years while traveling to Las Vegas. A well visit, and I just hope there will be more improvements to come in the near future! My rating: 3 solid stars.
