  • I called first. They ask for your credit card so they can charge it if you don't show up. Makes sense. I am a platinum blonde and wanted some low lights. I left with black and green in my hair! I did NOT realize that it was even possible to mess up something simple like low lights. And for partial low lights and a trim it was $144 with a local's discount! I have to wait for my hairdresser to come back from her vacation and pay again to get my hair fixed! Very disappointing. After this review the manager Lauren called and offered to get my hair fixed which was really nice and professional of the place. I will not be going back to the location but it is good to know that they are willing to deal with unsatisfied customers. But that doesn't change the fact that my hair will be more damaged than necessary (because I have to get redone) and I am $155 out of pocket -- i still tipped. I regret paying and tipping for my green and black hair.
