  • Can't say that I even had a chance to try any of their products because their customer service was so terrible that I just left. First time I've ever been and the last time. Went to get a smoothie and walked up to the bar. The girl looked at me and never said anything to me. After sitting there for a while, I finally said to myself, maybe I'm supposed to pay for it first? Stood at the register and was told that the bar would take my order, give me a green ticket, and I would take that to the register to pay. I said I was standing over there but no one helped me. So I went back to the bar and stood again. Another girl came and stood in front of me after a couple of minutes. The girl working told her she hadn't out her ticket in yet and she asked the guy back there making sandwiches if he would make a ticket for the girl in front of me. He acted like he didn't hear her and kept doing what he was doing. So after a few minutes, I just walked out and left. I may give them a second chance based on other reviews of their staff, but this experience was SO bad that I had to write a review.
