Upon receiving a defective item that I ordered online, I immediately contacted the business for an exchange or resolution. Numerous emails were sent to them with no response.
I called their location in CA as emailing them was of no use. The person there stated they were aware of the issue and would resolve the matter.
Another week goes by with no returned emails or calls until Alan from the LV location calls. He states he was aware and needed to speak to he 'online' manager and would then call me back in a day or 2 with a resolution. That was a week + ago and still no call back from Alan or anyone there.
I have disputed the charge to my CC company as the business refuses to resolve the issue.
Buyers beware as customer service and dispute resolutions are not this company's priority.
