This is not a hater review - just a very dissatisfied customer. What you are reading in other posts is exactly true. No call, no show is typical. Mgmt doesn't care as they are a preferrential vendor for the home warranty companies and don't care if customers are complaining. I can understand with the current heat and the extra ordinary amount of calls, but be courteous of other people's time and call if you are going to be late, can't make it due to something taking longer, etc. - people would un
