| - Needed a poster printed as a 4 x 4 square. Girl at the printing centre told me that would be fine. Paid for it and left; was told it would be ready the following day at 10. Get a call saying that they can only print it 3 x 3 (they left a message) and want to know if they should still print it. I call back and no one answers....Call again, same thing for several hours. Check on the website the next day, apparently they're open at 8, call every 5 minutes until 8:40, no one answers the phone. Drive over, sign says they're open at 8. They're not open. Ring the bell, the manager comes over and says they're not open till 10 because it's a holiday. I explain that it doesn't state that on the sign, online, or on the phone, but go on to explain the situation. He was super rude, and said that he would let the people at the copy centre know, but that it would not be ready for 24 hours. I ask him if I can leave a credit card number so he can just do a refund at 10 when they open, and he refuses to do that. I ask to speak to the person above him, and he refuses to give me the name or contact info for anyone else. I realize that you don't want to be working on a holiday, but seriously, it was a Staples employee who made the mistake in the first place, so acting like you're hugely inconvenienced to rectify the situation is, I think, a little ridiculous.
