  • Found this hidden gem, very close to Old Town Scottsdale the other day. Food was plentiful and very good. We all had the chicken, beef and shrimp tacos along with the tortilla soup. The soup had just a little heat to it but not too much. We sat outside on the large patio with a water feature which would be my choice all the time. While walking through the inside it just seemed dark and stuffy but it was 100% packed! Service was very good. If I lived down the street from Carlsbad Tavern my fear is that we'd be there frequently.
