This last time I had an issue with a refrigerator, manufacturer issue ,not Spencers and they helped me resolve the issue in a very timely manner. Kevin was a huge help in getting this taken care of for me! They are very professional and knowledgeable and provide great customer service. That is what I am a repeat customer and only buy appliances here. The delivery people are also on time and professional as well.
