  • I called to cancel my cable and after I was put on hold for FIVE minutes the rep came back to offer a discount if I stayed. I have been a customer for years and am tired of friends paying a lot less than I did. Some get special pricing, some get gouged. I'm happy to be done with cable. Love Roku!
