  • Very dissapointed in the customer service at Enterprise. I am in need of a car seat for my toddler for our rental car. I was not made aware that car seats are only available at one location in Phoenix. I was asked to cancel my reservation for tomorrow and book a new one, with a $200 rate change. No accomodation given to us whatsoever for our inconvenince. I could buy a brand new carseat for less than that. :(
