I have used this service on more than one occasion, last night our 12 year old beagle began vomiting like I have never seen before so off we went, thankfully it was not bloat and what was the culprit was a rawhide that was stuck in her GI tract. She is almost back to normal today. We also went there to have her heart checked, Stage 4 heart failure almost 2 years ago. Also July, 2015 our beloved 12 year old rott, Lucky, diagnosed with nasal cancer and unfortunately it was rapid spreading and breathing became so difficult and we had to make that awful decision, his regular vet helped him to the rainbow bridge. Yes their services are expensive, but fortunately for my husband and I we were able to provide the care they needed and we even had our beagle swimming for weight loss rehab for a few months. I am grateful there is this service available as I have had to take our babies at all crazy hours. I do understand some reviews that question the costs but I have and will continue to use them if an emergency comes up again at 2 am. I would like to mention that Dr. Smee was very caring when we were going through the end with our baby in July, and all of the reception staff has been professional and caring that we dealt with on the multiple times we were there
