If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would.
I have taken my vehicle in 5 times now as I've had numerous electrical problems since I bought it. It's a 2014 Accord.
Every time I've taken it in, they have had it for over two weeks. This time they have had my vehicle at their dealership for over a month and a half. And they still have no solution??
I have left numerous messages not only for upper management but for service providers and have had no luck even getting a call back.
What kind of service is that?? It's happened every single time I've taken it back even with my complaints about their service and with their promise of making sure they would keep me updated on "progress."
A couple weeks ago I finally had it and decided to involve American Honda to see if there would be any progress or help with finding out what is wrong with the vehicle. I'm assuming even they've had a hard time getting through this dealership since I still haven't received a phone call from the dealership. It's getting pretty ridiculous now.
I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Please consider this a warning. They have horrible customer service and can't even return phone calls. I have never dealt with anyone this bad.
