  • Disclaimer: I did not end up leasing at Courtney Ridge, however the wonderful experience we had while touring the apartment complex and model home was certainly worth giving them a shout-out :) First off it's worth mentioning that if you do stop in, please ask for Lindsey - she's a wonderful host/tour guide who will show you the complex and can work out all the details. But what makes Lindsey so great is her knowledge of the area, and understanding of your needs. She was the best - even tipped us off to a great lunch spot nearby as we're from out of town. With regards to the apartment complex itself: While we found one spot we liked in a location more suitable to our work needs, Courtney Ridge had the rest of the pack beat. We toured 7 complexes last weekend and determined that Courtney Ridge was the best in it's price range, hands down. This is going up against spots in Ballantyne we saw, an older spot near Uptown (which was a complete dump, and a couple spots in South Park that clearly were in the middle of renovations that they would not be touching. I've rented apartments and condos for the past 7 years in California cities, so I'm familiar with the in's and out's of good and bad complexes. Other notes: Courtney Ridge was clearly the most dog-friendly complex we visited, which was a desirable factor. The renovated models looked great, and I'd recommend for anyone looking for a great community at a mid-range price. Go check it out today - if you stop by you won't be disappointed.
