  • After many years here it's finally time to move on. You can't even see Dr. Ram any more, unless you want to schedule 6 months in advance. That is IF you can make an appointment in the first place. Sometimes the "existing patients" choice on the phone message never gets answered, I've had to call as a "new patient" to get my call answered. We were told we'd get a call by Friday to schedule my appointment, never heard from them (why do they have to call YOU back to book an appt.???). My wife called Monday and they said someone would call me by Tuesday. Never heard from them. We finally called them again on Thursday and they apologized and booked me an "extra long" appointment. Well... I went for my special appointment and I waited over an hour and still never saw the doctor. Like most doctor offices, this place is just too busy and too few physicians. You can always get in to see a "physician's assistant" easily, but then gone are the days of having a relationship with your "family doctor". Too bad, the staff here are nice, and it is a great location, but I just can't see waiting over an hour to see someone who isn't even my doctor.
