This review is based off of the electric vehicle charging stations at Harrah's Las Vegas. There are two stations, with two chargers each. One of the stations has been broken for over 6 months and the other one is used DAILY by a company employee. This issue has been reported several times and nothing ever gets fixed. It is really poor customer service to not have service contracts on your equipment and to also allow employees to park in guest parking and use the only working charger. If you're going to allow employees to use the only working charger (which as far as I know employees are not allowed to use the chargers) then you should also require them to go unplug their car when it is done charging. The car i am speaking of is parked there every day and is plugged in for over 11 hours (it only takes 4 hours to fully charge) ChargePoint informed me that they have relayed the information to Caesars Entertainment numerous times but that they won't pay for the repairs and canceled their warranty. Sad that you charge a resort fee & charge for parking but don't have working or useable stations for you "free" EV charging. What happened to Code Green?
