  • This company is the worst to deal with and they are liars. I was told multiple times that a service tech would be out to fix my phone and internet. I have been without phone and internet service for 2 days , going on three and continually get a run around. I have had to call multiple times to check status on my repair and have never received a call back or update from them. I am warning everyone to stay away from Centurylink. This company and their customer service really sucks !!!!!!
