  • A friend dog sat for me in his house for two weeks.. accidents happen....I wanted to have his carpets cleaned. Bob from Horizon was incredibly responsive to my inquiry. I gave him the contact info, he went the same day, and I paid over the phone afterwards. My friend was very impressed with the professionalism, the quality of the job, and the service level. He said he will use Horizon again and he will recommend them to his friends.
