I spent 35 minutes with two toddlers trying to get any red shirt I can find to help me buy a bedroom set I found I liked. Nobody would help me, nobody even made eye contact. Yet there's 2 employees at the door to "greet me". Upon leaving I told them I had money to spend but couldn't get any help so I'm going home. Some ride young lady told me I was supposed to go to the "checkout" to ask for help. Who would think of having to go to a place called check OUT for help? No thank you, I'll pay more elsewhere for descent service. Save your time, don't go!!
