  • I was really expecting an extraordinary experience. That is not what I received. The staff was a bit blah. They didn't seem to care that I was there. I had several services lined up. First day was manicure and pedicure. Wow! Worst ever. The pedicure was mediocre but the polish didn't cover any of my toenails entirely. Manicure... what a joke! Manicurist was nice but I don't know where she got her license. She didn't trim my cuticles or nails properly. They look like crap! The polish doesn't come near to meeting the cuticles at the top of my nails and the polish doesn't even come close to covering the sides of any of my nails. Did the staff care? Of course not! I'm very upset! They should have redone them or offered a full refund but they don't care. I wish I could give them zero stars. I cancelled my hair appointment and went through with my spa appointment. It was an ok experience and my masseuse was very pleasant.
