  • This place is awful. They get one star for convenience and not screwing up the job. They charged me over $10.00 to sew on one pop button and to refasten another. They had told me the previous day it would only cost $5, then changed it on pick up and charged me double. The women who worked there also treated me with disrespect, talking amongst themselves while I was waiting to be helped until I specifically interrupted. Next time I'll be walking the block to the alterations place in the Bay. Cheaper, faster and kinder.
