  • Heard a promotion for Budget Blinds over XM Radio and decided to try them out. Told the salesman that we were planning to redo the blinds for the entire house starting with the downstairs then moving upstairs. The salesman promised everything under the sun to ensure that the entire process would be seamless and we found almost exactly what we had in mind. Day of install, we get a call from the installer saying 90% of our order was not ready and if we still wanted him to install the 1 window (out of 10 windows)? We said yes and when he got here he was full of excuses as to why it wasnt ready, blaming vendors and office people for not following up properly. I explained to him as a customer I am not interested in excuses! I did my part by placing the order and paying for my product, in return I expect what was promised, not excuses. He assured me that he would personally look into it and call me (even put my cell # into his contacts) and low and behold 4 days later.... nothing!!! I called the office, cell # and corporate leaving voicemails and no one will call me back. The check has been cashed and I still have 9 bare windows! Calling corporate was completely useless as they do not see or process or have access to any orders. The only thing they do is sell franchises... um no thank you! This company isnt worth the headache!
