  • I would give zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time filing a complaint. They do absolutely nothing to resolve it. The BBB is not what it used to be. Businesses pay to be accredited. So if you file a complaint against an accredited business they will do nothing to resolve it. They are supposed to take away the accreditation if the business won't resolve it but the BBB does not do that. I filed a complaint against an accredited business called Get Your Move On over 7 months ago. It has never been resolved. They are still accredited and still have an A+ rating. This shows you cannot trust the ratings of the BBB. The BBB should not even exist anymore. It's a total joke. And the BBB has rude people who work there. They try to say they don't side with the business but they do. They let the business handle it however they want to regardless of whether the company is resolving it. The BBB is supposed to deal with complaints within 30 days. It's been over 6 months. The BBB only protects businesses and allows them to keep their A rating with the BBB so they can continue to scam customers. Total joke.
