I won't be back.
- very difficult to schedule appointment (may be better now with online reservation system but still wanted to reach someone by phone and could not after many attempts)
- high pressure to upgrade Groupon - would not take no for an answer making my "great deal" from Groupon no deal at all
- accidentally overpaid on the upgrades I was pushed into purchasing and they did not point it out
- car definitely cleaner but definitely not perfect - had to ask to redo window as still had fingermarks on it - still crumbs in cubbies. Frankly I would have done a better job and saved myself a few bucks
- shampooed carpets so wet it took ages to dry - could see pools of water when pressed hand down on carpets
- place a little sketchy - need to work on waiting area and include a bell to announce customer arrival - floors dangerously slippery
If you are going to list on Groupon be prepared to offer the services listed at the price paid. The hard sell was a huge turnoff and left me feeling ripped off. If you are in it to make a quick buck that is one thing, but it's not going to win you any repeat business.
