  • Let's face it: $15 for a so-so mani today is just too much (unless you're a luxury spa). This spot is as clean as any other nail place but the customer service leaves me wanting and the rush job on my nails (polish is chipping less than 10 hours later) is not appreciated. My esthetician attempted to "upgrade" me several times (once for shellac and then again for eyebrow waxing!). I found this to be annoying and borderline rude. In addition to my chipped polish, I have remnants of my previous red polish stuck under my nails (which were not cleaned properly). She didn't even get the dirt out from underneath! I had to request that from her. Finally, no hot towel! I don't think so. After tax and tip, this regular mani came to $20. I am not down for that.
