Remarkably horrible and deserved a -5 star. It was arguably the busiest time of the year when we visited so a little chaos was to be understood. Paris however took it to an extraordinary level that we'd never experienced and packed us with horrendous events in just two days.
1. At check-in we were informed we had to stay in two different rooms for the two nights because "our stay wasn't long enough". Not only we weren't offered any help with the process, we had to pack all the stuff to check out and re-check-in. The lady at the front desk acted like she just lost all her savings in gambling so she had to work there.
-3 star
2. The room was old, damped, and smelt like someone just finished a cigar. And yes, it was non-smoking.

3. We needed to ship two packages to the property. Knowing they'd charge a fee to store the deliveries we made sure the packages only arrived after we checked in. We thought it would be delivered to our room because at least on the marketing materials this is supposed to be a 4star hotel. But that didn't happen. Called the biz center to check the status and was put on hold for more than a hour. The second day was a holiday and of course no one was working. Finally picked up the packages from the biz center after checking out. There was no fees mentioned. Good! But guess what, one day later Paris decided to charge $50 from my credit card without bothering to let me know why. Actually even today I'm still guessing that charge was for holding up our packages.

Does feel like Paris.
