  • Dr. Sbaih was my pcm at one point and I am SO glad that I switched providers.Every room you go in is trying to push botox and plastic surgery. The doctor was nice enough but it is obvious she does not care much about her patients. She doesn't seem to remember things that you tell her (like past surgeries and issues; does she not even bother taking notes?) and often makes you feel rushed. I almost always walked out of there frustrated. As mentioned by several others, the office is probably the worst part, however. While in the care of Dr. Sbaih, I switched insurance and despite the fact that I changed it with them immediately, they didn't change it in their system apparently. I started receiving bills for past appointments that my insurance should have covered. I contacted the office and they told me that my insurance declined payment. When they told me which company, I explained that they have been trying to bill my OLD insurance. I said that I switched my insurance provider with them months prior and will not pay a bill because of THEIR inability to do things correctly. They told me that I would have to work it out with my insurance. I had had enough and decided to switch doctors. I now see THE BEST doctor I have ever had in all of my life and couldn't be happier. If you have lots of time to waste and want a doctor that treats you more like livestock than a human being, this is the place for you! Otherwise, I would not recommend it.
