  • This is one of my go to places. The Burgers are excellent, but its the fries that keep me coming back. They fry them in peanut oil (allergy alert for some of you) which makes them so delicious and crispy. **Warning, Science Moment: Peanut oil is great for frying because it has a high smoke point, is low in saturated fat, and is high in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat. This means that the carbon atoms don't have as many hydrogen atoms attached to them, so they.... Ok I'm told this is boring... Anyways... I love this place. The fries are awesome. And that Clive Sauce. I have recurring dreams about it. They will always give you extra sauce if you ask them, and you can take it home and keep the magic going on other exciting sandwiches!
