  • I would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. The lady (her name was Winnie) doing my nails had no attention to detail and I could feel she just wanted to get my services over with. I came in for a pedicure and organic manicure aka dipping. Both service are unsatisfactory to use a polite word. I was first told to pick a colour - nail polish that would be used for my pedicure. My pedicure was to be $25 but I was charged $30 instead apparently the "colour" that I picked is $5 more! LOL why was that not communicated to me when I was selecting colours? I was sent to the wall of colours and never told it's $5 more. At least if it was a well done pedi I would get over the extra charge. But it's terrible badly painted, super thick gooey coats that have left air bubbles. I attached a pic in the gallery! You can see it. For my dipping organic mani. I had previous shellac on my nails. Instead of using acetone for removal the girl was too lazy and used the electric file to chip off my old shellac. The instrument felt so hot that at times I pulled away as it felt like my nail bed was being burnt. When I did so she almost scolded me and then muttered something under her breath that wasn't English. After that she was pissy with me and did the same thick goopy painting just wanting to get it over with. My nails on my fingers now feel so strange and heavy. There were also sharp edges that required me to go home and file down. She was rude and condescending during my treatment.
