  • For the past month I've been visiting different BBQ's in the city and I can honestly say Rollin Smoke has a fierce reputation for being one of the best BBQ's in Las Vegas!!! I ordered the trio plate which consisted of the brisket, pork and hot links. Sides: Baked Beans and Mac&Cheese. The pulled pork is smoked perfectly, and goes great with the BBQ sauce. The hot links were quite peppery and succulent. I felt that the brisket was slightly over cooked, but it was okay when i mixed it with sides. The portion size was quite filling, and I only paid $20 so it was worth the price tag!!! The staff was friendly, courteous and overall the place has a great vibe. I can't to wait to try other stuff on the menu like the smoked meatloaf looks incredible!
