rev:text	WARNING LONG POST AHEAD!! I'll never use Sergio's services again. When we initially set an appointment for him to come to home to give me an estimate he didn't show up at the time scheduled. He called me about 2 hours later and said he could be there 2 hours from then. I made him aware that I wouldn't be home and for him to call me with the estimate. He called me later that night apologizing for the inconvenience and that he'd be able to come the next day to give me an estimate. The next day comes and he said he'd be at my home around 11am. He called me around 1pm with an estimate. I agreed with estimate and the next day he came out to start on my yard. When he arrived he asked to take a look around my yard(which I was under the impression he had already did that. Oh yeah and I originally sent him pictures through Yelp messenger). He then states that he didn't realize I had so many trees because he actually didn't come out when he gave me the quote. He gave me the quote based off of the pictures I sent. So he tried to charge me an extra $200 which was a no go for me! He was able to trim 1 bush and trim 2 trees by himself in about 3 hours. I paid him half for the work he did. He said he'd be back two days later (began on Saturday so he'd be back Monday) to pick up the tree debris in my front yard and finish with the other 5 trees, weeds and bush that was left. Monday came and he called me while I'm at work saying that he couldn't come and that he'd be there Tuesday. SMH! He finally finishes Tuesday but calls me and asks if I could deposit the money for him into his business account.......WHAT?! Lol. My total experience with him was the MOST UNprofessional experience I've ever had with a company that has "Professional" not only in the title of the company but leads with it. My yard looks good but he didn't spray for my weeds, not all my weeds were pulled and the leaves in my backyard weren't blown away. My trees look great though! That's the only reason I gave a 2 star rating. If you're okay with inconsistency and unreliability then I would recommend this company. Other than that.....last resort only.
