Bought a new 2017 Colorado. Our salesman Jeff Moe was great as well as the gentleman that helped us upgrade tires and rims after that it has been all down hill. Purchased the Armor plan to have our new truck waxed every 6 months. They are to reach out to us and schedule, never heard anything. Now 9 months later we have to call and schedule (no big deal). The problem lies with the time frame. We made the appointment so we could have it done in a reasonable time. Seven am drop off. 4+ hours to complete this is not a reasonable time. Same goes with oil changes. We cannot make an appointment you have to just come in. We have been waiting approx 2 hours each time to get an oil change. The service department just is not customer friendly. It is about their schedule not the customers.
