  • Gotta give this HI Express a solid four and half stars....I round down. Being a priority club member I stay at HIE a lot. One of the biggest reasons for me is the awesome breakfast. This HIE didn't hit the mark here...hence the four stars. I love the biscuits and gravy that just about every HIE serves. They didn't and I asked about since I was staying two days but no personnel had a clue.....boo We were greeted to a happy hour....it was chips with cheese sauce and some salsa....just ok. Free cheap wine and beer .....I'm such a wine snob. The rooms rocked and as a priority club member I was comped a suite....no complaints. Enjoyed the pool and spa. I had a car so I drove wherever I wanted. But they do have a shuttle that can run you around a 3 mile radius and to old town. Way too hot to walk.... Good hotel I reccomend it will be back. Management get those biscuits and gravy back on the breakfast menu!
