  • I made an appointment for my step mom (bride) and bridesmaids for the same time. When we got there the young lady said we would worry about the brides dress first then the bridesmaids. It was so damn packed in that place I felt like I was in walmart on a saturday! (it was sunday). I dont know if the young lady was new or what, but she did not bring out one single dress of the style my step mom-to-be was interested in. Mermaid is a unique style of dress, and she kept bringing like old grandma looking ones. I asked her several times where were the dresses we had picked out, she kept saying she would check and just never seemed to bring them. I was so annoyed that I got up and tried to find dresses for her myself. I did ask if it was ok. she scowled me and said as long as there arent too many on her rack at once. as I started looking, a nice young man who I could already tell by his appearance he had fashion sense. I explained my dilemma to him and he chuckled and said he would pull a few dresses. he told her he was going to assist. the first 3 dresses he picked were still not the yes dress, but they were definitely off to the right direction. wayyyyy better than the girl. after about an hour I asked her about the bridesmaid dresses, she said she is only able to assist for about 90 minutes. I told her our appointments were at the same time and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I will NEVER recommend Davids Bridal to ANYONE, and if I ever get lucky and get to become a bride myself, I will NEVER go there. As for that man I hope he picks a way better bridal gown shop to work at!
