| - We LOVE our wonderfully priced Hyundai Accent. Sadly, the service was horrendous. We used the USAA online service to negotiate the lowest price. Our contact was not available when we arrived at the dealership and was assigned someone who was very inexperienced and unsupported. We were briefly introduced to the person who was our original contact. Handshakes, smiles, disappearance. Although we had a negotiated vehicle, our agent proceeded to show us other cars which we politely entertained for about half an hour. When we showed him our pre-negotiated car, he was clumsy and unfamiliar. When he asked for help from the original agent, he was brusquely brushed off. When he went to the finance office, he was also dismissed. He looked helpless and loss. More smiles and discomfort. We were finally ready to walk out, then someone from the finance office came running to offer us the original deal. After we agreed to purchase the vehicle, more waiting. When our agent tried to get help from his mentor, he was treated rudely again. While we love our new car and our fabulous price, we felt ashamed witnessing the poor treatment of another human being. Hence this low rating.
