  • While normally I would give the Desert Botanical Garden five stars, we were all disappointed with the special Bruce Munro: Sonoran Light display. First of all, it was too crowded. I have never seen so many people at the Desert Botanical Garden and there seemed to be an inordinate number of people driving their motorized scooters around the park who were a bit of a nuisance. We also had some difficulty finding the 8 installations -when we did find them, they were nice but nothing compared to the Chihuly exhibitions we have seen in the past. If you are debating on going, I recommend you not go and save yourself at least $25.00 as that was the admission per person.
