If you are thinking of this hotel I would look into other options. We arrived for New Years Eve around 3:00pm. We had no idea where to park for valet service, we drove to what looked like main entrance (though very hard to determine where entrance is even located) we took bags out of car - and went into lobby only to be told that the valet service was behind hotel so we loaded everything back in car and proceeded to back of hotel - we waited in line for about 10 minutes only to be told there were no spaces available due to a wedding with guests. Ummmmmmmmmm I am a guest and I reserved my room 2 months prior to visit. We had to find other parking options and not being from area drove around til we found a lot.
We then proceeded to check in and went to room. Entirely not happy with room. Very outdated - closet door did not close at all - dingy carpets, furnishings etc. Bathrooms are very small, no place for guests to put toiletries, etc. I expected more from a Doubletree owned property.
One other note - the staff at the front desk were very nice and polite.
